In accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as “RODO”, Memos sp. z o. o. headquartered in Krakow (Mogilska 43 Street, 31-545 Krakow), hereinafter referred to as the “Company” provides information regarding the manner of processing of personal data of persons residing/visiting/performing certain activities on the premises of the coworking office - “MOGILSKA 43 COWORKING” located in the Mogilska Office building, located at Mogilska 43 Street in Krakow.
(1) By concluding a contract with the Office, the Lessee agrees to the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes described further in the Regulations.
(2) The administrator of the personal data of the persons indicated above is Memos sp. z o. o. with its seat in Krakow (Mogilska 43 Street, 31-545 Krakow).
(3) The Inspector of Personal Data Protection is Andrzej Pudełko and Marta Prokopczyk, who can be contacted by e-mail at info@wx-cowork.com or lodz@wx-cowork.com, as well as by postal mail to the address of the Company's registered office.
(4) Personal data are collected in person at the Office in the form of telephone, e-mail and through a form on the Office's website.

7. personal data of the persons indicated above may be processed for the following purposes and on the following legal grounds:
a. storage of data for record-keeping, contact and archiving purposes which refers in particular to keeping records of persons entering the premises of the coworking office - “MOGILSKA43 COWORKING”, Access Cards issued, records of persons who are assigned parking spaces, which constitutes a legitimate interest of the Company (legal basis for data processing: Article 6(1)(b) and (f) RODO);
b. in order to ensure security and order on the premises of the coworking office - “MOGILSKA43 COWORKING” in connection with the use of video monitoring in places including office areas and circulation routes. The use of monitoring is also indicated by pictograms posted on the premises of the coworking office - “MOGILSKA43 COWORKING” - the basis for processing is the Company's legitimate interest as an administrator (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) RODO). The office declares that, except for the listed areas - traffic routes and office areas, it does not use video surveillance.
● ensuring the safety of people staying in the coworking office - “MOGILSKA43 COWORKING”,
● ensuring the security of property located on the premises of the coworking office - “MOGILSKA43 COWORKING”, including protection against possible theft,
● investigating or defending against possible claims made by persons staying on the premises of the coworking office - “MOGILSKA43 COWORKING”.
c. to conduct correspondence, including ongoing communication related to answering specific questions, which is a legitimate interest of the Company (legal basis for data processing: Article 6(1)(b) and (f) RODO),
d. consideration and investigation of claims, defense against claims, as well as for the purposes of implementing out-of-court dispute resolution, which is a legitimate interest of the Company (legal basis for data processing: Article 6(1)(b) and (f) RODO).
(8) Personal data may be disclosed to the following entities:
● entities supporting the Company in the field of technical and IT maintenance
(including the provision, implementation and maintenance of software and IT hardware service, hosting services and the like),
● law firms supporting the Company, as well as entities providing debt collection services,
● consulting, auditing and advisory entities - to the extent of the services provided by
these entities to provide services to the Company
(9) Personal data will not be transferred by the Company outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

2 Purposes and Basis of Data Processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Performance of the contract: Data processing is necessary for the performance of the contract for renting coworking space (Article 6(1)(b) RODO).
- Direct marketing: Based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO).
- Analysis and statistics: In order to improve our services (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
- Security: To provide security on the office premises, including through video surveillance (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
3 Scope of Processed Data
We process personal data such as name, surname, email address, phone number, invoice data, as well as video surveillance data. This data is collected through forms on our website and directly at the office.
4 Recipients of Data
Personal data may be transferred to entities that support us in providing services, such as IT service providers, accounting, legal and marketing companies. We enter into data processing entrustment agreements with each of these entities in accordance with Article 28 of the RODO.
5 Data Retention Period
We store personal data for the period necessary for the performance of the contract and for the time required by law (e.g. tax law). We store data processed on the basis of consent until it is withdrawn. Data from video surveillance is kept for a period of no more than 30 days, unless it constitutes evidence in legal proceedings.

§ 2 Types of cookies
